Name: GPD6000 [Digital MP3 Player]

A VERY cheap (both meanings) MP3 player with a Micro-SD slot and built-in microphone - though there does not appear to be a record menu option. I've not yet attempted to put a Micro-SD card in it to see if that exposes more menus - need to get one first. On WinXP a drive is exposed using generic drivers, but without a Micro-SD card I cannot tell if my Kubuntu installation will detect it - thus far I get nothing but an entry in lsusb:
1b3f:2003 Generalplus Technology Inc.

The outer casing of the device has nothing mut plug/slot/switch labels and the words "DIGITAL MP3 PLAYER" under the LCD. In the menu under "Firmware Ver" the following information is shown:
IC TYPE: GPD6000
VER: V0.01

The "Language" menu has English and Chinese entries. Otherwise there's not much else I can read at this time.
