Name: RTL8822BE Bluetooth 4.2 Adapter
This is a combined WiFi+Bluetooth chip. It came stock with my Lenovo ThinkPad A485 laptop as a M.2 PCIe+USB card, Lenovo FRU part number "01AX739".
