This ID is used for counterfeit flash drives. After encountering a problem I got suspicious and tested my "64GB" drives with the programme "F3". The true size is around 8GB, the controllers are manipulated to show a faked size of 64GB.

The Vortex entry above is obviously wrong; I suggest to include the fake warning in the device name, because I've never seen this on legitimate drives.
