Note: Especially the IC manufacturer seems to sell parts for other companies to use, and register their own PID and VID. many chinese factories sadly just leave the defaults.
Ive found multiple sources to confirm this audio device is actually manufactured by a chinese company and its company name is Bluetrum.

Name: Type C wired earbuds [E-CIRCUITâ„¢]
Note: Not sure what the name field on this form is for. I assume it's for the device name and not the submitter's name.
This USB ID has obviously been hijacked by unscrupulous Chinese chip makers.
The product I purchased was:
Type C wired earbuds [E-CIRCUITâ„¢]
Purchased at Dollar Tree and distributed by Greenbrier International Inc. The device includes a microphone and an inline control switch for volume and answering/hanging up phone calls.
This device ID is bound to be cloned for multiple low-end products. I don't know if there is specific lingo for this practice. Perhaps the database can add a flag to an entry to say "often unscrupulously cloned"
