Name: StreamSmart 400 [F2235AA]

The HP StreamSmart 400 [MPN F2235AA] is a data logger for the HP 39gs, HP 40gs and HP 50g scientific calculators. It was available around 2008. The device is also known as "SS400". The HP 50g supports the SS400 only with firmware 2.15. The corresponding VID and PID were extracted from a HPSS400.INF device info file, which installs an USB-to-serial converter driver for it.

Note: Since 2012 there is an almost identical looking successor named HP StreamSmart 410 [MPN NW278AA] aka "SS410", which is not software compatible to the SS400. At present the PID of the SS410 is unknown - it may or may not use the same PID as the SS400 (PID 0221h). The HP 50g supports the SS410 only with firmware 2.16.

(Small follow-up on the SmartStream 410: Reportedly there are two versions of that device. The second version, which is compatible with at least the HP Prime, has USB VID 1F0Ch PID 2000h. The ID of the older SmartStream 410, which is compatible at least with the HP 39gs/40gs is unknown and may use one or the other ID or even third one.
