Open On-Chip Debugger is a piece of software that *may* be used with this device. Shouldn't be part of the device name.
Besides, all Amontec JTAGkeys that I know of (JTAGkey, JTAGkey Tiny and JTAGkey-2P) share the same PID, which is cff8, not baf8. So if it isn't known that some other Amontec product is using this PID, this entry should be deleted/reverted, otherwise renamed.
