The ID 0411:0001 is also apparently used for the OEM Shuttle/SCM USB-SCSI converter supplied with some Buffalo MO drives(!).

I wonder how many LUA-TX USB-Ethernet devices exist with ID 0411:0001. Perhaps someone at Buffalo/Melco recognised their mistake and changed the LUA-TX ID to 0411:0005 at some point???
