Name: eZ430 Development Tool
Apparently, TI sells several similar devices with the same product ID? These are all "development boards" for the MSP430-line of embedded processors (the dev kits are sold under the brand "eZ430"). Concretely, these are USB keys with a TI USB CPU to handle the communication with the PC, some variant of MSP430 CPU (that the owner of the kit wishes to program), and in some cases additional chips such as the CC2500 that allows to emit and receive in the 2.4 GHz band.
