This is not the unifying receiver, but the nano receiver. According to Logitech's site, it's for MK270, MK320, MK330 and MK345.

Name: Nano Receiver
This is a so called nano receiver. It's not a Unifying receiver. Nano receiver mouses are still being sold in 2023. Nano receivers can connect exactly one mouse and one keyboard. Unifying receivers can connect more devices. I submitted a patch and hope it will get applied.
