This is an Aluratek padlock that identifies as a Mentor Graphics CDROM

https://aluratek.com/bio-key-touchlock-xl-all-weather-bio-lock-fingerprint-recognition

It reports its name to Windows as "Touch Lock USB Device", and tells Windows it's a CDROM mass storage device, gets mounted with a drive letter then fails instantly. Probably because it's a padlock. It talks to a windows app via SCSI packets (with opcode 0xef) over USB. It's also a terrible lock.
