Name: Keyboard [Diatec Majestouch 2 Tenkeyless]
This is from a brand new Diatec Filco Majestouch 2 Tenkeyless keyboard. I actually took it apart to look at the exact model of the keyboard controller IC.
This is the data for my device:

(these two are printed a sticker underneath the keyboard)

I do think that the PID is not the default, but changed by the keyboard manufacturer (Diatec). I am basing this on the following test report which states another PID for this same IC:
