Name: DRH GamePad Host [Nintendo Wii U]
The DRH is used internally on the Wii U to connect to the console's tablet controller ("GamePad", "DRC", "Display Remote Controller"). It tunnels HID reports and the like over 802.11 and exposes it to the console as a USB device.
My best guess for the acronym is "Display Remote Host", thus "Host" in this device name.
