About:
Omron uses FTDI's chip at USB to Serial converter E58-CIFQ1 and identifies it as 0590 0051. That's why FTDI FT8U232/245 was not recognized. Converter recognized and connection established thanks to this solution:

Connection was tested over Opensuse Leap 15 host for Virtualbox guest, and Omron CX-Thermo app. Cable E58-CIFQ1.
