According to my information (and the driver's I have seen) this scanner does not use UD:0638:4004 but UD:0686:4004, however, I don't own this scanner to try out myself.
If this ID is correct, I assume the ID was changed while the scanner was in production.
I suggest to just change the name entry to the suggested more complete format and add a note, that this entry might be wrong.
