This device is commercially sold as the ColorMunki Smile, at least that's what it says on the packaging.
In a dmesg it reports itself as x-rite colormunki display lite, the device itself is a slightly modified i1d2.
X-Rite sells another device called the ColorMunki Display, which is a crippled i1d3 (i1 Display Pro).
