This device is a 2.5" SATA HDD enclosure branded by Packard Bell, with a JMicron Go chip. (Nowhere is Jess-Link mentioned on it. The sticker says: "Model: Packard Bell Go".) It might be possible that there are other branded enclosures with the same ID.
