Name: CardMan 3121 (HID Technologies)
The usb id 076b:3022 is sold as a CardMan 3121 (https://ccid.apdu.fr/ccid/idVendor.html#176) by HID Technologies (www.hidglobal.com) who seem to have bought Omnikey AG. I have one of these devices on my desk. If they sell a 3021 with that USB ID too I do not know. That device has different features from the original 3021/3121, especially it knows extended APDU.
