The name of the device is "USB eLicenser". The name of the associated software is "eLicenser Control Center". If you remove the vendor name from the device name then the device name is "" which is meaningless, or "Unknown", which is incorrect. See for yourself: http://www.elicenser.net/en/latest_downloads.html Watch the video and see the title of the left-hand window pane is "eLicensers". The 2nd and 3rd items shown below are two "USB eLicenser" devices.
