Name: Wireless Touchpad Keyboard Receiver
Note: Bundled with many wireless Keysonic Touchpad Keyboards, such as the ACK-540RF+
This device is a receiver for some Keysonic wireless keyboards with integrated trackpads, such as the 'ACK-540RF+' (which I own), and likely many other similar Keysonic products.
I don't know the name of the chip inside the receiver, it can't be opened easily.
This is a slight improvement of the name I proposed earlier.
