The JMB321 is just a Serial ATA II port multiplier/selector, see http://www.jmicron.com/Product_JMB321.htm It has no USB interface. It might be used in the provided example, but isn't the part in the enclosure doing the USB interface.
I therefore maintain the USB chip is the JM20339, see http://www.jmicron.com/Product_JM20339.htm
I also don't see the point in adding a particular enclosure in square brackets "[...]", since the particular USB chip is a mass product, probably used in hundreds of differently named products.
