Name: Navilock
The device identifies its manufacturer as Tragan (iManufacturer), which might be a misspelling of Tragant, the company behind Navilock (see http://www.navilock.de/kontakt/impressum.html). Still, I'd suggest to use the name Navilock, as this name appears everywhere on the device and in its documentation, whereas Tragant is mentioned nowhere.
