It is sold by Bestbuy, the device identifies itself as Dynex, but the package says Insignia (brand). Made in China.

as of 1/16/2015 still not recognized by kernel 3.16.7, but manually loading module btusb and using "echo "19ff 0239" >> /sys/bus/usb/drivers/btusb/new_id" gets it up and going.
