Name: USB-2.0 4-Port HUB
4-port hub sold by Sweex as US030 : 4 Port USB Hub Jet Black.
Perhaps 1a40 is not wholly owned by Terminus Technology Ltd.?

I think the '1a40' company makes USB hubs for other manufacturers. 1a40:0201 is a Logitech keyboard's integrated USB hub. Then it's possible that 0101 is also a Terminus product used by Sweex.

Bought a white "4 Port ON/OFF Switch + Mini 5pin USB 2.0 High Speed HUB" from China through eBay.
ON/OFF means it has a physical switch on each port.
Inside the chip says LG33344B6172C FE1.1a USB 2.0 HUB
Vid/Pid = 1A40:0101

Also for black passive 4-port "Digio" "USB2.0 HUB" by "LOAS" "UH-2284BK" "S/N: 00550011" "MADE IN CHINA"

Identifies the FE1.1s chipset.
Also found in the Sabrent USB 2.0 Hub (Model: HB-UMLS).
This very cheap chipset is known to be quite limited because of its Single Transaction Translator (STT) and thus incompatible with a bunch of devices and OS.

Name: FE1.1/FE1.1s 4-port Hub
Be consistent with the name for UD:1a40:0201 (FE2.1 7-port Hub), also mention both chip variants.
The FE1.1 one is an MTT hub, while the FE1.1s one is an STT hub.
