Name: Corsair CORSAIR Lighting Node CORE

The Corsair Lighting Node Core is a chassis mounted Fan control module. It is powered via SATA power plug. It serves as a hub for fan managements. All fans plug into the node first via 4 pin plug then is connected to the motherboard using a 3 pin (always on) fan connection to any available chassis fan socket.this allows the control node to control all aspects of the fan system. It is designed to allow addressing of the RGB LEDs if present as well as monitor and control the fan speed. Since utility drivers and applications from Corsair are not available for Linux, the node is simply a power pass thru.

Name: Lighting Node Core

Corsair is the vendor name and should not be in the device name at all, since it is reflected in 1b1c vendor name. this would end up reading Corsair for vendor name, then Corsair Corsair again in the device name, all this clutter is not nessecary
