It is my first time that I write in the forum, according to the SANE page the model of this HP scanner goes up to 2400 and then jumps to 3000, I have searched for the 2500 model and their page is not there, even doing a lspci I get the ID but it does not appear in the "USB Repository" page. That is why the XSANE program does not recognize it nor the Simple-Scan
