Confirmed in "Zotac ZBOX CI232 nano" micro PC. It might be embeded with Intel 3160 [rev 83] wifi (2.4/5.0GHz) module which is visible via lspci, but possibly bluetooth is done over usb from the same card instead via pci for some reasons.
