Name: USB Card Reader Controller RTS5101/RTS5111/RTS5116 [FNK Tech USB 2.0 Card Reader (26 in 1)]
See my note on the ffee vendor ID. Realtek should be the vendor's name, FNK Tech can go in brackets behind the type name.

We've got this reader as a present in local dm-drogerie markt, and it is labelled "STR8". It supports micro/SDHC and MemoryStick Duo/Micro.
Kernel reports it as
[ 2755.427595] scsi 10:0:0:0: Direct-Access FNK TECH USB CARD READER 2.33 PQ: 0 ANSI: 2
I don't dare to suggest name, as I can't read the chip name, but please include at least something like "card reader" in the database, having the device completely unindetified really isn't much helpful ...
